For defective or incorrect items, returns may be requested within a minimum of 3 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Approved returns are refunded in cash or issued as store credit toward a future order — either way, the original invoice/order number is required.

Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days inside Dhaka and 3-5 business days outside Dhaka. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and on the order confirmation page.

All orders currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only — pay when the product is delivered to you.

We collect your name, phone number, email, and address solely to process orders, arrange delivery, and provide customer support. This information is never sold to third parties.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every message.

By using this website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to pay for items you order. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT (15%), per National Board of Revenue (NBR) regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors; in such cases a full refund will be issued.
